To address this matter, she ordered the completion of the demarcation of all areas under Nayagaon Municipal Council in a week, after which a report highlighting which land came under shamlat and which land was government or private was to be submitted to her department so that No Objection Certificates could be obtained.
She also asked the electricity department to forward the NoC applications issued in the last two months to the civic body to verify them. During the meeting, Maan ordered officials to hire an agency to collect domestic waste in Nayagaon, besides asking the civic body staff to make a proposal to construct a new building for Nayagaon Municipal Council office.
In order to tackle the problem of stray cattle, the Maan directed that all stray cattle be caught and released in the gaushala located in Nadha village.
Reviewing the complaints regarding the problem of electricity, the cabinet minister directed PSPCL officers to immediately attend to problems related to loose-hanging and faulty wires. She also asked the power corporation to address the problem of shortage of technical staff at earliest.
