After years of hype, Starfield will finally be released on September 6.

Players who buy the game’s Premium Edition or Constellation Edition will get early access to Starfield starting on August 31 / September 1 (depending on their time zone).

The game has been available to preload on Xbox Series X/S for around a week, and preloading on Steam started today.

The Starfield review embargo lifts on Thursday, August 31, at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST, at which point numerous publications will publish their full reviews of the game.

At this point, streamers will also be able to start streaming the game, even though early access doesn’t start until 5pm PT / 8pm ET / 1am BST that night.
