Bollywood’s most popular couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are holidaying in New York with their daughter Raha. As photos from their family time emerged on social media, fans were surprised to see Ranbir in a new hairstyle. The actor, who was sporting long hair for a while, has gone for a shorter haircut and looked chic in his new look.
The photo shared by his fanclub had the family sitting down on a table as they had food. A couple of friends also seemed to join them. The Barfi actor, dressed in a black jacket with his crew cut, looked handsome as he seemed to be engrossed in a conversation with a woman sitting across him. Alia, on the other hand, has her face turned away, presumably checking on her daughter, who sat beside her along with her nanny. She twinned with Ranbir in black in the photo. In another picture shared on the Instagram page, a fan clicked a selfie with Ranbir, where he wore a black beanie.
On the work front, both Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had a successful year. While his romantic-comedy drama Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar did well, he is also looking forward to showing his grey side in Sandeep Vanga Reddy’s Animal. Alia Bhatt, on the other hand, also gave a box office hit with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. She just won the National Award for Gangubai Kathiawadi and also made her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone in August.
Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor recent controversy
Alia Bhatt’s recent make-up tutorial where she spoke about her husband Ranbir Kapoor not liking her wearing lipstick invited a lot of criticism from fans. He was trolled after she shared in the video that her husband asks her to rub off her lipstick as he prefers the natural colour of her lips. Later during an AMA session, when one of the users asked her about the best way to deal with toxicity and criticism, Alia wrote, “Constructive criticism is the best way to grow, but words that are meant to hurt you can only hurt if you let them… No one can take you who are away from you… cultivate a life so full of love and gratitude that toxicity wouldn’t even REACH you.”
